TONY ADONIS JOINS CHANNEL 1 RELEASING AS ITS NEW PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONS DIRECTOR

Channel 1 Releasing is proud to announce the hiring of Tony Adonis, as its Publicity & Promotions Director. He will have the primary responsibility for overseeing all the public relations, events, and promotional campaigns for all of the company’s brands, exclusive models and products.

As well as supervising the production and promotion of the extremely popular club/bar DVD series,
Club Channel 1.

Tony has been an accomplished publicist, event organizer, and professional journalist for the past 10 years.



He coordinated and promoted South Florida’s largest AIDS fundraiser, “The White Party Miami,” for three years and his writings have been featured in

magazines around the globe including Men, Freshmen, Time Out, Tetu, and reFRESH among others.

Originally from New York City, Tony moved to Los Angeles three years ago and worked as Public Relations/Marketing Director for Jet Set Productions, where he helped promote their award-winning gay porn soap “Wet Palms.” He later teamed up with former Jet Set President Brett Drysdale, accomplished director Thor Stephans and gay porn star Brad Benton to form the independent production company Four Play Entertainment, which produced the first gay adult entertainment news show “The Money Shot Report.

”He most recently worked for the mainstream reality television production company, Bunim/Murray Productions, helping cast the last three seasons of MTV’s hit show “The Real World” as well as other shows such as MTV’s “Road Rules,” ”I’m With Rolling Stone Magazine,” and E! Entertainment TV’s “The Simple Life.”
