By: Keith Witchka, Staff Writer 08-27-08 12:00 a.m. PDT

Vice President Keith Webb contacted me via email yesterday to inform me that Titan Media Entertainment and Io Group Distribution filed a lawsuit against Arizona based Antelope Media LLC, operators of MonsterCockTube.com, plus an additional five John Doe defendants, for copyright infringement.

According the complaint which is provided for you below, and was filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco Monday August 25, 2008 alledges that the tube site had posted five video files of Titan material, which had been viewed more than 14,000 times.

The complaint charges Arizona-based Antelope Media LLC with willful copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair business practices, as well as subsequent charges of infringement for the video files containing Titan material that were found on Antelope Media LLC's web site.

If you recall JRL fans, Titan Media and Io Group filed a similar lawsuit against U.K. Based GayForIt.com back on August 13, 2008 for operating GLBT Limited, in which Titan Entertainment (www.TitanMen.com) had asked for a judgment of $2.7 million. This was based on the number of DVD files that were allegedly being offered by GayForIt.com, as well as the number of times they had been streamed or downloaded.

Webb told JRL, Titan/Io Group has asked for a jury trial in the case against Antelope Media, LLC.

We hae attempted to reach official representatives of Antelope Media, LLC but no one could be reached for comment by press time. If they should make contact with us, JRL will bring it to you first.

The case is being presided by Magistrate Judge Patricia V. Trumbull.

Below, you will find the official complaint filed by Titan Media and Io Group Distribution against Antelope Media, LLC.
