According to Athens-Clarke County Police officials, 21 Year old Anthony Lo was arrested and charged with felony criminal attempt to commit burglary on February 5th, 2010 after surveillance cameras captured him throwing a rock at the front door of Elations Adult Boutique located at 345 North Harris Street, a division of Starship Enterprises, Inc.

Lo told authorities, “I wasn't’t going to take anything,” Lo said. “I just wanted to throw a rock at a window and see what it did. If I was sober, it probably wouldn't’t have occurred. I was making poor decisions and picked up a piece of asphalt and threw it at the door. The door was made of plexiglass, though, so it just bounced off. It didn't’t break the door but it was enough to set off an alarm.” said Lo.
Surveillance cameras got a clear view of the offender, but police originally could not identify who it was. However, Lo was later recognized from the video when he visited Elations again on February 5th where he was arrested after clerks identified him from the surveillance video.

Lo was voluntarily transported to the police department where he was questioned about the incident by investigators.
After initially denying his involvement, Lo confessed and said “it was his intent to get into the store to get a DVD,” according to the police report. Anthony Lo was released on $7,500 bail.Although he said he admits to wrong doing, he said he does not agree with the severity of the charge he faces.
Lo stated "I didn't’t take anything, nor did I break anything,” Lo said. “It’s more just like a case of vandalism.”
