PRIVATE MEDIA GROUP SIGN'S EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH FALCON STUDIOS

It's confirmed retailers and JRL fans! After rumors and speculations, Falcon Entertainment and Private Media Group, Inc have come to an agreement.

Private Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: PRVT) a worldwide leader in premium quality adult entertainment content, today announced it has signed an exclusive European IPTV content distribution deal with US gay label Falcon Studios.
The terms of the two year deal empower Private to distribute Falcon’s premium gay content via Private’s massive IPTV distribution platform in Europe. Steve Johnson, President of Falcon Studio commented, “Falcon’s distribution network is further enhanced by Private’s aggregation of our movies across its superb platform of European IPTV channels. Falcon’s high quality content will allow Private to better serve the affluent gay market throughout Europe.”

Pulse Distribution (www.pulsedistribution.com) will continue to be Falcon Entertainment's distributor for the United States. There are no changes in Falcon Entertainment's distribution here in the U.S.A. This agreement is solely for the EU.

According to Global IPTV Forecasts made by MRG (Multimedia Research Group, Inc.) in 2008, the number of global IPTV subscribers is estimated to grow from 20.4 million in 2008 to 89.1 million in 2012, a compound annual growth rate of 45 percent.
Europe continues to be the biggest market for IPTV, with France significantly leading the growth projections through its principal telcos. The number of IPTV subscribers in Europe is forecasted to grow from approximately 10.5 million in 2008 to 36.4 million in 2012.
