PITBULL SUES PRIVATE MEDIA'S GAMELINK,LLC FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pitbull Productions, Inc sues Private Media’s Gamelink, LLC to Protect Intellectual Property.The San Francisco Federal District Court asked by Pitbull Productions, Inc through their attorneys to issue a restraining order against Gamelink from distributing and posting Pitbull’s trademarks and distributing and selling Pitbull’s copyrighted content, as part of a lawsuit filed against Gamelink.

Pitbull Productions, Inc told JRL Exclusively that through their Attorneys Meredith & Keyhani of New York and Shartsis Friese LLP in San Francisco, that they have filed a lawsuit against the San Francisco based online adult store Gamelink in Federal District Court to stop Gamelink from unlawfully displaying, selling and distributing original motion pictures and/or video content produced by Pitbull in violation of Pitbull’s copyrights, trademarks and trade dress rights.
The complaint allegedly states that Gamelink allegedly operates an internet web site dedicated to the repeated and exploitative unauthorized sale and distribution of Pitbull’s intellectual property. According to Pitbull Productions, Inc, "Gamelink, among other things, is in the business of distributing Pitbull’s Intellectual Property through its web site, allows users to purchase Pitbull’s Intellectual Property, download electronic copies of adult DVD's for a fee or view the content online in pay-per-view format without Pitbull’s authorization.

The complaint goes on to state, upon information and belief that allegedlyGamelink is engaging in this course of action willfully and with full knowledge and awareness of the copyright, trademark and trade dress rights of Pitbull.
Pitbull Productions, Inc in its claim for relief, states it has suffered, is suffering and will continue to suffer irreparable damage to its reputation and that it be awarded such damages, including statutory, compensatory and punitive damages as are appropriate.

It could be that their policy is not to comment on pending litigation matters.
