MONSTERCOCKTUBE SERVED WITH PIRACY SUIT BY TITAN/IO GROUP

The owners of membership based web site MonsterCockTube.com, were served with a copyright infringement suit by Titan Media and Io Group last week at the Internext Show held in Florida.

In the suit filed by Titan Media/Io Group, it alledges that MonsterCockTube.com poached material for its tube site of Titan Media content. Io Group Distribution had been attempting to serve the German citizens for some time and when the Internext show was in town, Io Group saw an excellent opportunity to confront the pair. German citizens Thorsten Palicki and Maik Herrmann have now been officially served by Titan Media and Io Group for damages.
The suit alleges that MonsterCockTube’s operators’ business plan “ is dependent on the uploading, or posting of copyrighted audiovisual works which last anywhere from 1 minute to as high as 8 minutes." It is alledged that the defendants’ “blatant disregard for copyright laws threatens” online adult businesses, as well as Titan’s business."
The suit also states that alledgedly MonsterCockTube operators pirated over fifteen 15 of Titan Media gay porn movies for viewing on MonsterCockTube.

MonsterCockLand.com also is offering tube content, as well as video-on-demand material. “Defendants deliberately and knowingly built a library of infringing works to draw Internet traffic to the subject website, enabling them to sell memberships to view the works while also increasing the value of their business and earning large amounts of revenue,” the suit states in writing.
An amended complaint filed last month said that Palacki and Herrman had been attempting to avoid a suit by attempting to change the ownership of the company into a bogus offshore company, Sunrise Media Ltd., in order to hinder the lawsuit first filed last September. I guess this didn't work since Titan Media and Io Group were able to track these gentlemen down.
“Just six days after Antelope Media’s agent received the complaint in this action, [Herrmann and Palicki] formed Sunrise Media Ltd.,” the suit said.Titan also alleges that to conceal online assets, the defendants transferred the registrations of other owned domain names, including AllRealBareback.com, AlphaMaleCash.com, AaronGiantxxx.com, MuscleNiklasxxx.com, AndyMusclecam.com, MusclesInMotion.net, BigNiklas.com and SixFootSixGuy.com from Antelope Media to Sunrise Media.
The suit also alleges the same transfer with MonsterCockTube.com from Antelope Media to another defendant Newhaven, a Dutch business entity, with the help from Netherlands resident Patrick Schwarz.
Plus, Titan Media and Io Group Distribution stated in a court filing that both Herrman and Palicki submitted in writing, to the court in October of 2008, that Antelope Media didn’t own MonsterCockTube and that they would not have the resources to defend against the complaint.
We have attempted to reach the representatives of MonstercockTube prior to this posting but have yet to receive a response.
