MAX HARDCORE INDICTED BY DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

The Smoking Gun has just posted on their official website the shocking news! Producer and Director Max Hardcore has been indicted by the Department of Justice for federal obscenity charges.
The sealed indictment was released yesterday. The ten (10) count indictment was originally filed in the Tampa Federal Courthouse and charged Max Hardcore with "transporting obscene matter via mail and computer."
The press release issued by the Department of Justice indicates Max Hardcore as a "nationally recognized porn director, actor and producer of hardcore xxx feature films". 
He is also known throughout the industry as someone who uses extreme measures against performers in his films that make him one of the top directors of XXX porn.
The government is seeking forfeiture of Max Hardcore aka Paul Little's official websites Maxhardcore.com, Pissedonpornstars.com, catalinaxx.com and several other websites with a Maxhardcore lean.
