GAY PORN FOUND ON CARLISLE MAYOR'S CITY OWNED COMPUTER

Gay Adult pornography was found on two computers controlled by Carlisle, OH Mayor Tim Humphries, according to a city report released this past Wednesday February 10th, 2010.

However, the gay porn and alleged “road rage” incident which took place back in December of 09', some how do not rise to the level of removing Mayor Humphries from office, according to law director David Chicarelli.

In a report prepared by law director Chicarelli, he stated that the material found on Humphries’ city-owned computer as well as on his personal computer contains more than 200 images that “clearly reflect young males engaged in hardcore sexual activities."

After an analysis in the Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory in Dayton by Robb White, who has worked for several years with the FBI stated that...“it was determined there was no evidence to prove that any of these images involve child pornography”.

Mayor Humphries could not be reached for comment at all this week. Humphries claimed that the material found on his computers was not produced by him. In Chicarelli's report it states that a relative of Humphries reported to Carlisle police in mid-October that there was inappropriate material on the computers. A search warrant was granted to police and they confiscated the computers in November 09'.

Law director Chicarelli said regardless of the misuse of city property, he did not believe disciplinary action could be taken against the mayor because he is an elected official.

If this involved an ordinary city employee, it would be a violation of the personnel policy, he stated. Chicarelli concluded ..“It is my opinion that the issue is now closed, and no further action is warranted,” Chicarelli said.
