FLAVA WORKS BECOMES FIRST GAY ETHNIC COMPANY TO PRODUCE & DISTRIBUTE IN HIGH DEFINITION

ThugBoy V3: Layin da Pipe is the first High Definition gay Black DVD
Miami, FL based Flava Works, Inc further solidifies its position of being the premier gay owned and operated producer in its market by introducing its high quality high definition (HD) content; A first in the gay ethnic adult entertainment world. “Delivering HD is just a natural progression for this company which has always been on the cutting edge of technology, exemplified by our moves such as the introduction of iPod video bonus content on all DVDs over a year ago.” says director Keith Kannon.
Flava Works has been shooting in HD since early 2006 and started marketing the content online directly to end users through Flava Works Inc subscription web sites. The first site to have made the exclusive move to HD was “ThugBoy.com”, a brand that focuses on urban Black and Latino hardcore sex and which has won three Cybersocket Best Ethnic Site awards. ThugBoy.com has been updated weekly for close to 25 weeks now in HD.
The video is distributed in 720p, which is up to 3 times as much resolution as traditional video and results in incredible detail and clarity making the performances so much more real to the viewer. The popular live sex web site “CocoDorm.com” has also moved to HD video shoot updates.
Thugboy V3: Layin Da Pipe features 6 hardcore scenes released in one packaging as a double disc set. One disc is a traditional DVD playable in all existing players, while the other disc holds the HD content. The video has been pressed to disc in such a way that it is playable on any PC or Mac computer and the popular Xbox360 video game console. Flava Works Inc. will move to HD-DVD and/or Blu-Ray once the tools for these platforms mature to viability.
