“I mean really, how nasty can a company be, pretending to be me, using my image that is copyright protected, telling my loyal fans and customers that I am shutting down,” adds Collin. The projected launch date is October 21. “Both Rich and I have been working 12 hour days to get my content back up with a new platform that will knock the socks of the porn world,” Collin told JRL.
On August 10, 2009, AEBN offered to buy all assets of Collin O’Neal Productions for only $30,000, including all DVD inventory, which Collin O’Neal Productions quickly refused. “My accountant asked if they left off a zero from the offer. We both had a good laugh then I quickly told AEBN such an offer is obviously not something we would consider,” says Collin.

By October 4, AEBN released the www.collinoneal.com domain name to Collin O’Neal Productions and the attempt of a hostile takeover by AEBN of Collin O’Neal Productions was dead in the water.“It seems that some people out there underestimate my ability to survive and reorganize quickly. Rich and I have several sources of income, including very lucrative non-porn production projects,” adds Collin.

Collin O’Neal Productions has already collected nearly 500 e-mails of fans since October 5 that are ready for the re-launch in addition to a 1,200 e-mail strong list from before Collin O’Neal Productions contracted Gunzblazing/Pistol Media. “One thing about me is that the harder you try to beat me down, the stronger I become.
