LINK: THE EVOLUTION WINS FIRST EVER GLBT MOVIE OF THE YEAR AWARD AT THE 2008 XBIZ AWARDS

Channel 1 Releasing is proud to announce that Chi Chi LaRue’s “LINK: The Evolution” received the GLBT Feature Movie of the Year award at last night’s star-studded XBiz Awards ceremony at The Highlands in Hollywood, CA.
Channel 1 Releasing partner and legendary director Chi Chi LaRue was on hand to accept the award. “WOW! I can’t thank the folks from XBiz Magazine enough for this great honor,” says LaRue. “I’m so glad that a movie we worked so hard to make has received the first XBiz GLBT Feature Movie of the Year award.”
The annual XBiz Awards are produced by XBiz Magazine and honor outstanding individuals, companies, performers and products that contribute positively to the adult entertainment industry.

This is the first year that the XBiz Awards has expanded its production nomination categories to include GLBT performers, studios and feature films.
"LINK: The Evolution" has also been nominated for 15 GayVN Awards this year including Best Picture, Best All-Sex Video and Best Director.
