AVN MAGAZINE FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST RIVAL XBIZ MAGAZINE

This just came over the wire today JRL Fans, leading heterosexual Adult Publication AVN Magazine, has filed lawsuit against it's hetero rival XBIZ Magazine for misappropriated trade secrets when XBIZ brought on board, long time employee Sara Sazzman as their new Account Executive.
According to the complaint, AVN Magazine served XBIZ with the 8 Count complaint today, April 14, 2009 at their Wilshire Boulevard office.

AVN Magazine is also seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.
A
few of the alledged charges filed against XBIZ are "breach of contract" due to the hiring of former employee Sara Sazzman who is also on the complaint, and "Misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition". The lawsuit was filed Monday at Los Angeles Superior Court.
According to the legal department at XBIZ, the company plans to defent itself with a vengeance against these charges. XBIZ counsel stated “Clearly AVN is trying to tarnish XBIZ’s reputation to stem the tide of its diminishing marketshare."

With the Adult Film Industry going through turmoil, we're sad to see the two main heterosexual publications at war with each other.
