ADULT PLAYTIME BOUTIQUE FINED $ 10,500.00 FOR CHARGES FILED IN 2004

Last Thursday February 7th, 2008, the Randolph Superior Court fined Adult Playtime Boutique$ 10,500.00 for criminal charges that the district attorney of Randolph had filed against them in 2004.
It is also a requirement for Adult Playtime Boutique to enter into a pre-trial intervention program set up in set up in Randolph, NJ. Adult Playtime's agent pleaded guilty to a disorderly persons offense of maintaining a nuisance and was personally fined $ 500.00.
Adult Playtime was part of an investigation into offering private viewing theaters in their stores with sexual activity taking place. These violations were responded with a raid back in April of 2004.

The proprietor and former manager of Adult Playtime Boutique worked out an agreement to pay a grand total of $ 15,500.00 for other charges pertaining to the violations sited in the raid in April 2004.
"These dispositions we feel, are appropriate for first time offenders" states Robert A. Bianchi, Assistant District Attorney in Randolph, NJ.
