He is one of four people convicted in this case which first took off back on September 24, 2006 when the first attack against the victims in the case occured. His real name of record is Edmon Vardanyan and he went by Nickolay Petrov for his Professional Gay Porn Career.
Vardanyan is a native of Armenia, Vardanyan. He received the stiffest sentence out of the four convicted receiving 20 years in prison.
This 24 year old has thrown away his life in this reporter's opinion. With a good career in full gear, he trades his freedom for $ 5,000.00. yes, $ 5,000.00 is what he received for his participation in this horrible crime. 20 Years is not worth $ 5,000.00.

For his payment of $ 5,000.00 Edmon Vardanyan assaulted Grigori and Galina Komissarchuk twice at their home in Brooklyn, N.Y., and then one more time in Sarasota, Florida.
The Komissarchuks, who are both in their 60s, sustained skull fractures, cuts and internal injuries from his violent attack. It was proven that Vardanyan was a hammer-wielding assailant that was completely out of control according to the victims and authorities.
The first attack occurred Sept. 24, 2006; the most recent was April 30, 2007. Vardanyan was arrested in early January 2008.

Vardanyan stated in court that he was on probation for credit card fraud when a friend had approached him and offered to pay him if he would help intimate and/or scare the Komissarchuks. It turns out the one of the four convicted is the son-in-law of the victims.
The in-laws had ceased their support of Alex Shevgert and his wife after sinking tens of thousands of dollars into several failed businesses Shevgert owned. Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich said Vardanyan's actions indicated a "depraved mind," despite his expression of sadness and remorse."I was trying to prove something, I guess," stated Vardanyan to the Juge.
"You could have walked away and said ‘no,' and then you [attacked the Komissarchuks] a third time," Kovachevich told Vardanyan during his sentencing. "Could have been your own mother."
Vardanyan, as Petrov, shared the 2008 GAYVN Award for Best Threesome with Jesse Santana and Jason White for a scene in Jet Set Men's Just Add Water [2007].
