COLT STUDIO/PRO WEST MEDIA AND JOHN RUTHERFORD SUED FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT

We confirmed this story earlier this week and had decided to release the details of it today Friday May 8, 2009.It seems as though President and CEO John Rutherford of COLT Studio Group and Prowest Media are being sued for alledgely failing to pay more than $ 2,000,000.00 to Jim French Studios for all rights pertaining to COLT Studiogroup products and materials since 2003.

According to court documents filed on April 23, 2009 in Superior Court, several attempts to get this matter settled have been exhausted and Jim French Studios feels that they have no alternative but to take legal action in this matter.
No official comment has come out of the Prowest Media camp yet but be rest assured that John Rutherford will contest this suit to the fullest.
