360 MEDIA DISTRIBUTION TAKES FULL CONTROL OF ICON MEN

ICON MEN, a leading male fitness brand comprised of an elite group of the most successful male models in the world, was today acquired by 360West Media Distribution, LLC.

360West Media Distribution is the sister company of Village Lighthouse, Inc., a consumer products company specializing in publishing and film distribution that has distributed the ICON MEN DVDs and wall calendars for nearly three years under the brands 10% and Greenwood/Cooper.

The ICON MEN videos have been highly publicized not only for their useful workout information, but also for the gorgeous bodies and charming personalities belonging to each model. Each video features a model's personal fitness routine focusing on specific parts of the body as well as lifestyle footage of him displaying his achievements through flexing, swimming, posing, interviews and other activities.

Coming in 2009, ICON MEN will begin to grow with the recruitment of new models and the production of additional workout videos for distribution via DVD, broadcast and Internet video-on-demand. The highly successful ICON MEN wall calendar will also continue to be published and the ICON MEN website (ICONMEN.com) will be reinvigorated with new content and services.

As new models are brought on board, ICON MEN's photography and brand will begin to be licensed for products such as fitness supplements, clothing and workout gear. A book of physique photography and fitness advice will also be published by Village Lighthouse's Alluvial brand. 360West Media Distribution is actively seeking to form partnerships with investors who see ICON MEN's potential.

It also seeks companies interested in licensing the ICON MEN brand for additional consumer products that it currently does not specialize in. The ICON MEN have appeared on the covers of national fitness magazines including Men's Health, Men's Fitness, Exercise & Health, Physical and Men's Exercise. Some have also won bodybuilding competitions. Other popular magazines including Metrosource LA and Playgirl have featured the models too.

Most of the ICON MEN personalities are also pursuing careers as actors. They have performed in television series including CSI Miami, ER, Cupid, NCIS, Blind Date and Las Vegas. Meanwhile, feature films including Kingdom of Heaven, Latter Days, Dodgeball, Terminator 3, Flight Plan and Bring it on Again have added the ICON MEN to their casts. Among the advertising campaigns they have taken part in are Abercrombie & Fitch, Levi's, Bud Light and Brawny.

ICON MEN's most prominent model, Greg Plitt represents the major sports nutrition supplement company MET-Rx, has been featured on countless fitness magazine covers and has also been appeared in several commercials, films and television shows. He was most recently featured as a trainer on Bravo's television series Workout.
