ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Advertiser/Promoter shall acknowledge receipt, understanding and agreement to these guidelines in connection with all contracts for advertising of whatever kind and nature entered into with Media Outlet.

2. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network reserves the sole discretion and right to refuse any advertisement, for any reason, including but not by way of limitation, any advertisement that contains explicit hardcore sexual activity of any kind. Hardcore sexual activity shall include a display of oral copulation, masturbations, vaginal or anal penetration, whether between individuals or through use of other objects.

3. Advertiser / Promoter must maintain and make available to JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network, upon its request,all documents, model releases, age verification documents, and any other document required for Advertiser and/or Promoter to meet the requirements of Section 18 U.S.C.A. §2257.

4. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network sells, on a non-refundable/non-cancelable basis all Premium Position advertising space. If Advertiser fails to meet the terms of its contract, in any manner, such as untimely payment or failure to timely meet, the publication and/or Radio Programming time constraints,JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network may at its discretion run a prior advertisement in that space, or resell the Premium Position with no offsetting refund to Advertiser / Promoter.

5. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network shall not assume any responsibility or liability for loss of profits sustained by Advertiser / Promoter by virtue of Advertiser’s / Promoter's advertisement not being published because Advertiser / Promoter’s failure to meet its obligation under its advertisers / Promoters contract with JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network.

6. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network makes available to its Advertiser / Promoter discounted rates on the basis of multiple ads and/or ads in more than one of it publication and/or broadcast program. Should Advertiser / Promoter fail to meet the agreed to contractual ads, JRL Publications and Gay Internet Radio Live Network shall pro-rate any such discount in accordance with its then schedule of rates, and invoice Advertiser / Promoter accordingly.

7. If Advertiser’s / Promoter's advertisement appears to JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network to be of an Editorial Format, or is determined to be a text type opinion piece, JRL Publications and Gay Internet Radio Live Network reserves full discretion to place the word "Advertisement" in connection with such advertise-ment/promotion, and prominently displayed in amanner to clearly designate that it is a paid advertisement.

8. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network shall not accept any advertising material, that in its sole discretion, would violate any statutory or common law property right of any person or entity, violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or right of privacy. All advertising and/or promotion campaign must be free of libelous or slanderous materials.

9. Advertiser / Promoter shall be wholly responsible for any material that is presented by it for broadcast, and shall hold JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network free and harmless of and from any ensuing damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by JRL Publications and Gay Internet Radio Live Network by virtue of its publication / broadcast of contracted advertising / promotion campaign. Advertisers are to at all times adhere to their contracted time period. In special circumstances start and end dates can be extended but they cannot go beyond three extensions. If your display advertisements placements are not utilized during the contracted time period, your ad placement will be void. Any fees paid for said advertisements will be reimbursed 50% of the contracted amount. No exceptions.

10. JRLChartsOnline.net and Gay Internet Radio Live Network shall not assume nor be liable for any failure of an advertisement. JRL Publications and Gay Internet Radio Live Network do not assume liability for any errors or omissions in any advertisement or any consequential damages arising there from.

11. All advertisements and or promotion campaigns are to be turned into the JRL Field Offices by no later than Every Tuesday of the week. Should said advertisement or promotion campaign arrive past the deadline of Every Tuesday by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, shall pay an additional $ 25.00 late Fee.

12. All invoices will be sent via your choice of email/and or postal mail by JRLChartsOnline.net. Payment is due no later than the 1st of the month preceding publishing month, and may be made via company check, wire transfer, credit card or via express courier per instructions. If you wish to apply for credit terms, you must fill out a credit application and pending approval, you will be granted credit. In the event that the invoice balance becomes 20 days past due, JRL Communications Group Corporation shall have the right to charge the full amount to the Advertiser's credit card provided on file and should you pay your invoices via company checks, you account will be placed in collections for payment. Should said account be placed in collections, said account will be reported to all three credit bureau reporting agencies.

RENEWAL AND/OR CANCELLATION:

Your contract will service as a binding agreement for the length of the contract period mentioned on your campaign. Cancellation of advertising run requires a thirty (30) DAY advance written email notice from said client on the JRL website. Any discounts applied to the contract will be void and client will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of (1) month to terminate said agreement.

Cancellation under 30 days will incur a fee of 50% of one month's advertising cost.
